Our objectives
BNC TV aims to support keyboard navigation, readable text, meaningful headings, visible focus, responsive layouts, descriptive alternative text and understandable controls in Bangla and English.
Current position
Responsive checks and selected accessibility safeguards are in place, but a complete WCAG audit has not been performed. BNC TV therefore does not claim formal certification or full compliance.
Editorial media
Editors should provide useful alternative text and captions where appropriate, avoid text embedded only in images, and consider transcripts or captions for important audio and video when production capability permits.
Reporting a problem
A dedicated accessibility reporting channel is not yet active. It should open only after the official contact channel is verified and a process for prioritising, tracking and responding to issues is approved.
